Thanks for the comments! I had thought about cropping some off the top, but thought the clouds had a nice effect of framing. Guess I should have gone with my instincts. I rushed outside to take this picture from the side of my front yard for the heck of it and experience. Lately I'm making sure to use my tripod more often and it really helps to use one. Someone asked what happened to the sides of the photo. Nothing much really, that was how the picture was taken with the trees framing it on each side.

Nice photo. I really like the bands of orange near the bottom. Nice contrast with the trees.

Very pretty! Amaazing effect and the tree frame works. Maybe not enough "beginning" without the title, though.

Would have cropped dark sky on top down to just before it is lighter

I would have crpped some of the darkness off of the top..just my opinion though.
