You have met the challenge with the symmetry and composition. I think that more contrast would help bring out the "inner city" feel to the image, lots of contrast and even grain would have added more impact. Perhaps having someone leaning against the railings at the top would have added interest, could be good as only a silhouette against the bright sky, but would have added the extra element that perhaps this shot needed. Good Luck in the next challenge. |

I see symmetry, but the photo is dark, has little good detail, and lacks impact for me. I really want to see a lot more contrast to be able to see more details, as well as the light and shadow of the steps. |

I know you intended the stairs and hand rails as the subject - but, I am distracted by the differing fences at the top. |

The stairs are Symmetrycal, but everything else in the picture draws that away.
