 Sweanti, another student. She's an Indian as well. This is one of the out-takes for Light (on white) challenge. Since it was basic editing, I chose another picture of her.

I really like the composition.

The heavy earring contrast with the extremely light fabric. The dark hair contrasts with the white background. The strong eye makeup contrasts with the hidden eye. Plus your student has a very pleasing and friendly looking face.

To me, this is both a portrait and fine art.
