 Not Necessarily the brighter side of spring, but I had to make due, being in Ohio.

Basically what I did was went out on an overcast day and shot at a shutter speed of 8000. Then I played with the contrast and black/white point to make it look like it does.

Probably won't go well with the DPC crowd, but I kinda liked it. Actually I really like it. It's different than pretty much what I expect will be in this challenge. No doubt not a ribbon winner, probably in the mid fives, maybe lower, but that's not what I'm all about (the ribbons). As long as I can take a photograph that makes people go "huh... I've never thought like that before" or something to that affect, I'm pretty happy. This I think qualifies there. Not my usual style, but I love it.

Image overall a tad on the dark side (in my opinion - on my monitor)... Composition seems ok, title significance?

much to dark, i would prefer to have a singular subject or somthing imeadiatly obvious
to focus on ratherthan searching for the subject

Underexposed, looks like it is a nice area to photograph. Try again, it looks beautiful there.

i can appreciate a dark photo, but we're losing detail here, such that I think a slightly great exposure would still keep the mood but give more detail!
