Greetings from the Critique Club :)

Hi Genocide...

Good work with the exposure on this shot. The concept that you are trying to show here is working fairly well. The 'eyes' do seem to have emotions of their own when one really studies the image closely. The catch light in the eye works really well here since it is an odd shape. That seems to add to the depth and dimension of the eye.

Compositionally, I believe a different crop of this image would be stronger. If you cropped out the bottom third of the image, two possible improvements would happen. 1 - The 'blue' line in the lower left would be removed... This does add a nice touch of color to the photo, but it also could be considered a distraction from your 'eye'. 2 - The balance of the photo would be a little better. The void area underneath the eye in the photo seems to be a bit bland overall. Give that a shot and see what you think...

Keep up the good work :)

all in the eyes? All I see is one eye, though! But I can see you. . . good shot though

Nice, but I would like to see the blue on the bottom cropped out.

This shot needed a better setup. The blue line in the bottom left could have been avoided and the shadowing on the right side kills the photo. That's really too bad because you've got a really sharp focus on the eye and better lighting would have revealed a great eye shot. This shot also seems to lack any specific emotional expression, but I do see the tie in that you're going for here. Good luck to you. 4

Lovely brown eye.. I believe this is just a bit too dark on the right and the blue on the left is a distraction. Good Luck to ya!

If it's all in the eyes, show it to me in the eyes. I dont get which emotion is being portrayed here. Give me some more clues in the photo that would lead me to think this is loneliness, or happiness, or anger, etc

Very nice closeup, excellent focus... and a beautiful eye.
