 It's so ironic that "cemetery" was the theme for this contest. I drive past this cemetary every day on my way to work and think that it is very pretty. I especially love the small chapel on the grounds. I'm moving soon and I just was hoping that before I leave a contest would come up for which I could get in there and take some pictures when this one was announced.

My first hope was to take a picture of the spiderweb on this tombstone, but I didn't have a squirt bottle with me and the web was too difficult to see. I ended up liking this shot with the chapel in the back (and you can see the spiderweb on the left with snow in it if you look closely).

Editing: crop, decreased saturation of grass in background, minor spot editing to remove flaw on tombstone, slightly increased contrast

I think this would be better if the details in the stone were more sharp

Maybe a little too close. Also what are those specs to the left of the headstone. I think it is where the sky can be seen through the trees.

The tombstone looks a little out of focus and the bright white background is very distracting. Otherwise I think that you had a great idea =)
