Interesting angle, and love the background's lighting. Unfortunatly i'd wish for more sharpness or focus on the baby's face. Not really surrealism. 4

Background is nice but the image feels vibrated and soft all over. Perhaps that should have been overdone to bring out the waves out of too well preserved baby. So there's not too much of surreal left.
