this image intrigues me. If that hand wasn't there it would almost look like someone lost their bottom half. In fact, i think it would have been really cool, had you moved the hand out of view and then had another person's top half peeking out from the door, as if they had been chopped in half. Does that make sense?

But aside from all of that, i like the normal-ness of this photo. The environment is so typical and i think that's what adds to it's intrigue. Nice lighting. Maybe not the most surreal of the bunch, but I like it.

I don't think this met the challange, blown out highligts on was and floor are distracting.

Drunk or dead? I don't really understand what's surreal about this shot. Composition is weak and colours are oversaturated by the strong lighting. DOF doesn't work really well either... 3
