Nice scene but lacks a distinct focal point so prominent in AA's work. Image tones are quite narrow with some hot spots in the whites and editing is a little obvious in places. |

To me, the central third (the hillside) does not seem to have enough contrast or detail. |

I've been saying this in quite a bit of the comments in this challenge. Contrast, contrast, contrast. Ansel Adams was known most for his use of the entire gradation scale from pure white to pure black. You've got some nice whites in there, but no pure blacks to set them off. using the auto levels or the burning and dodging tools will help greatly. |

A little too bright - kind of detracts from the detail in the trees. Beautiful scene though. |
