 I put my betta fish (Squishy Jellyfish) into a white cereal bowl while cleaning his water. I decided that I wanted to take some pictures of him as well. When I put the files on my computer I noticed that Squishy's colors were really cool. So I decided to make him look like he were in air rather than water.
No really as surreal as you can get, but I wanted to see how it would do.

1. Cropped out side distractions.
2. Adjusted levels to a bright white background.
3. Changed contrast.
4. Tweeked curves.
5. Boarder

A good idea...........but the word play is too obvious

could have been a lot better if it were more in focus and the shadows were emphasized to signify levitation

I would have liked to have seen a bigger fish, the tail of the fish more in focus or a more vertical crop. but then maybe you are going for the blur of motion effect? Maybe another color background would have seemed even more surreal than just white. the shaddows under the fish suggest he isn't flying very high. Pretty fish though, nice color.

very nice what a relief, man this is 1 of the only things i have seen so far that striks at surreal.......
i find it in the angle, and the backround being white......quite odd.....wonderful shot though and i hope voters will see as i do........
