 I like the way the extremely pale sky makes the grey tones of the concrete look darker, and highlights what would normally by dark windows.

your foreground object, the building, is far too dark to be consider light on white... great composition, though.

to me this is more of a black and white than a light color on white background as the challenge suggested.
