Good lighting and composition. Focused well and I like you chose of duotone color. Border is distracting in two ways, To big and the color. The yellowish color takes away form the tone of your picture. IMO it would of looked better white or black. With that said good picture.

Cropping out the whole of bottom quarter would have rid the photo of telephone wires, the small bit of street and the huge chunk of concrete in foreground, thus giving the bridge "star" status.
