 Wine is my passion and I recently became a Certified Wine Educator.

Struggled a lot with this challenge. My original idea was to get a reflection of my face in a wine glass, but this proved an impossible task for me with the time available. Not sure how this will do but the lighting is fairly dramatic and I hope it will be mainstream enough to at least get a few decent votes. Incidentally, 1959 was my birth year and one of the best vintages (in Bordeaux) of the century!

Cropped, levels, gaussian blur and masked one layer. No sharpening or NI. Taken with my new 50mm 1.8 lens.
