Ouch. This looks like a scene from a bad horror flick... tilted too, perhaps trying to achieve a false perspective, but failing.

The focus seems soft here and the lights somewhat overexposed (although I know that can't be fixed in basic editing). I find the structure above the bridge on the right to be a little distracting. The bridge seems to rise going from left to right. I think that I'd prefer to see the bridge straighter or at a more pronounced angle across the screen. I like the warm lighting.
