Well, this challenge was a real eye-opener for me, and I̢۪ve been humbled by the experience.
I chose to approach this challenge from a metaphorical perspective and failed badly. I̢۪ve come to understand, now, that this site approaches assignments quite literally. Whether I package future challenges into that mindset remains to be seen.
To boot, my submission was poor technically and compositionally; in my eagerness to participate in the challenge, I just didn̢۪t want to admit that.
Despite the abysmally low rating this submission earned, I still emerged from this competition as a winner because of the lessons learned.

| Too conceptual - not sure what you photographed. The bottom left heart has a cartoonish appearance (lined up with wrinkles - looks like running heart bumping another.) Uncomfortable balance of meaning - softly tender or a comedic view of love? |

| looks like the work of bear_music, which is not to say that I'd be confident naming it as his work in a line-up, but still reminds me of his stuff. |
