Thanks for all the comments, although I assure you that obscuring her head was distinctly on purpose : )
See this thread on Bridge photos for more details. |

Not seeing the whole kid kind of ruins this for me. Nice idea though. |

Perhaps a different camera angle would work better here, so that you can see the child's face? |

This took a little time to "get." I thought it one of the oddest bridge designs ever, and the overweight woman didn't seem to know where to take her "run" next. For once, a headless figure added to the fun. Finally, I realized that it was a diaper-chubby toddler on a playscape. If you didn't mean this to be amusing, it might be a good idea to analyze all the elements to see how they added to the "story." |

Cute. I'd show the little kids head though. |

I like this angle for viewing the bridge, other than it cutting off the kid's head. Is there another place to shoot from where the child could remain whole that's still aesthetically as pleasing to look at? I'm not sure, would be nice if there was. |

why did you obscure the head? |

Sharp as anything. I'm not too sure that this really works with the little one's head being hidden and the rail at the bottom right could do with being cropped out. |

Why would you enter an image with such bright sunlight, intense shadows that don't add anythign to the design/balance/harmony of the image and then have an image with the head cut off of the main subject? Maybe shot over the head of the girl would have been better, and in the early morning adn not the mid-afternoon. This is the worst one in the bunch. 1 |

Good idea. But get down on the level of the child to really increase the impact. |
