Initial Impression:
Cute dog, blurry photo

Challenge:
Meets the challenge perfectly

Composition:
I'm not usually fond of having the subject in the center of the photo but in this case I think it works. The colours work together nicely.

Technical:
This. I'm afraid, is your downfall. The picture is pretty badly out of focus/blurred, possibly because of the long exposure time. The voters here a pretty brutal when it comes to technical issues such as focus.

Overall:
Good subject matter, interesting too look at and well composed but suffers from the bluriness.

Cute dog; you've a good eye for animal expression! The image is drastically out of focus, though. If you have a macro setting on your camera, that might solve the focus problem, as this is somewhat close.

Such a shame that this is out of focus as it is a very funny and well composed shot. Your subject is fantastic in all his/her ugliness. 6 but could of been a 9 - Martin.

Usually I don't like dog shots but this is one that really gets me. It is great, those eyes look so sad. Good one!

What an expression! Needs better focus though. Perhaps taking this picture over a uniform floor (no details like the tile) would improve the shot.

It's very blurry. Your dog has the exact same collar as mine (except a lot smaller).
