 After shooting 4 marvellously engineered bridges I decided to go low-tech and went down to Bare Island at La Perouse where they shot "Mission Impossible2".

PS-CS work was minimal. Levels, Contrast, USM, selectively desat & re-size.

Nice composition, textures and tone. I think it would have been better fully desaturated -- I find the remaining patches of brown detract rather than add to the picture.

Love the repeating patterns in this. Still haven't decided if the brown spots are a distraction or a focal point yet though....8.

Not the greatest perspective... too strait on. Good details though: wood in varying states of decay, the stains from the iron bolts. Not bad.

I'm not sure wih you left such a small amount of color into an almost entirely desaturated image. It's fairly distracting.
