| There is a distinct difference between physical pain undertaken willingly (piercings, tattoos, etc) and that which is incurred without asking for it (a broken bone etc.) |

I like the two interpretations one can get from this, as mentioned on the title!
Just think the arm doesn't "fit" well in the image! |
