 My first entry.
Maybe it doesn't fully fit the challenge but the idea & title came to me this morning after a night out on the town with the guys....
The white highlights in the glass bother me and no matter how I rotate it, the glass always looks crooked....

Editing: rotate/crop/levels/resize/USM.

one of the best... no grosse picture about people cutting and chopping themselves... so its a 9 from me

This isn't a good shot. There is no story. It is trite. Why a yellow-orange background? That seems happy to me.

Strong photograph, but I don't believe it shows pain.
I'd also like the tablets to be in better focus.

Not a big fan of the yellow, but good idea. Would have maybe gotten a little more light on the pills.

I really like this composition..the yellow backlight and the almost silhouetted alkaseltzer..it's a great shot.
