I couldn't come up with a "good" idea or funny sign for this challenge, so I submitted this.

On the way home from shooting in the mountains after a fresh snow, I set my camera on the dash and took some pictures on,as not to crash, full-auto. A lot of them came out great for driving while shooting, but only two or three had road signs in them. This is the one I liked best out of those.

I'm gonna get burned for the right side not being in focus, but I feel it gives that fleeting peripheral vision sense that you just passed a mile marker. They are virtually everywhere, but no one ever pays that much attention to them.

That being said, I don't expect anyone to pay attention to this picture either, but I liked it.

the sign is incidental and blurred

The sign is a little a lost in the mtion blur, but the mountain stands out. I would have tried to keep the focus / sharpness on the sign...

Its a nice picture, but the sign really isn't the subject of the photo, and the blur doesn't help matters.

It's a pity that the sign is so blurred especially when the hillside is so sharp. From the title, I guess that's what you were aiming for.

This is a very strong composition, with a great bend in the road and some good contrast between the road and the snowy hillside. The blurriness of the road sign, while explained by your title, just proves distracting though.

Nice shot. I'm not fussy on the border but I really like the blur. I bet this photo will be voted down for it tho because the sign isn't clear. Well done and good luck with this challenge. <8>
