Tres cool. Like the blur. Like the selective desaturation. almost looks tunnel visioned. Well done and good luck in this challenge.

The selective desat works well here, especially with the motion blurr in the vehicle

with a straight desat you would have had a much more subltle image. this makes me think you don't trust me to see the sign. I like the exposure, straight b&w I would have liked it more

This picture seems to be either: 1) a bit overprocessed to me or 2) Someone was going waaaayyyy to fast. The blur of the moving object, I assume a car, hurts the picture of the sign for this challenge. 5

Very interesting idea. I would ahve liked to see the blurred vehical on the other side of the sign (so the sign was composed in a more interesting place within the photo.) I think the sign gets a little los in the middle. Great idea though.
