 I snapped this shot on my avenue; "Snow", and thought it to be rather humorous seeing as we had just been hit with 30 cm.

I used PSP7 to crop the photo and blur the background and other street name. Adjusted the colour and contrast.
Disqualification Details
As per our separate PM, use of any selection tool is prohibited in Basic Editing, except to select a rectangular area for cropping.

Very bright, but I can't help wondering how the top sign is blurred and the next one down is sharp.
