Nice composition and very suited to the challenge in my opinion.
I like the way the image graduates from very dark to very light. |

I like the composition and colours...The lighting from the top window is a little harsh and would have like to seen the same results as the bottom door. Still a good shot. |

Stair way to heaven's light. OR
Edit a red firey glass for the bottom door glass and you now have a choice for
eternity. Which way will people choose. |

I think the light effect is OK here; not brilliant but not bad ... the highlights are a bit too high for me (although I am of course aware that it was intentional). But what I think is extremely impressive is your composition and cropping, which I think are perfect for the subject, and give the image great artistic impact. 8 |

I suspect strong burning in of corners, except that there's just enough reality to shade in those areas for me to doubt that. Whatver - it absolutely makes the shot. |

Nice theme but it is let down by the lack of clarity of the bannister at the top of the stairs. |

Very nice lines and flow. Maybe a little to much burning for my taste but you did a great job. Hope to see you in the top ten. |

I love the composition and sharp angles in this image. The red, black, and light colors go so well together too! I hope the bright highlights don't get downvoted by the masses, because they add the "light" appeal to the shot. Excellent find! :o) |

Definitely one of my favorites. Hope it does well (. . . as in stair well! ) Neat angles as well as the variety of light textures. And a clean shot on top of it. BOL |

"Stairway to Heaven" - that's what this made me think of. I like the bright/highkey look at the top of the stairs. |

One of the first ones I have seen but wow. The bright spots at the top and bottom of the picture in most photo's would be a distraction but it works well here. I don't give many 10's but in this case I will make an exception. 10 |
