Everyone is doing this idea or at least alot of people. This would be better if the flame of the fire wasn't going and spreading in a one directions but that is my opinion. So, other wise great work and great center and focus. I see nothing wrong with it. 10 |

Good photo. I normally don't like the way candle flames normally come out but it works here. |

I don't see old and new here, sorry. What I see is differnt light sources. What you've got is good, I like the wisps of smoke on the right side. I just don't think this is particularly strong to the challenge. 5 |

I confess that I am not that crazy about this image but I am very impressd how you have presented your idea. There are alot of these and I think you have made yours very interesting. Good luck! |

Windy day? A stationary flame would have done this picture lots of good. A little blur would have gotten rid of a lot of graininess in the blue background. |
