 This was really taken with a Canon PowerShot A60, for some reason I couldn't select that model when I filled out the submission form. The holographic stamp in the center was difficult to light. I wanted the picture to have a lot of texture to it, so I side lit the stamps, however, sidelight was not the most effective lighting for bringing out the holographic stamps design. So I ended up using a second separate light, which I had to diffuse heavily, to bring out the holograph.

I too miss the old way of stamps on letters, meaningful and well done

eeeeek. Your subject is dead center. Would have been more visually interesting if it was somwhere else in the frame. At least you have it turned. Nice idea and I enjoy the soft colors. Thank GOD you didnt do selective desat on this....Nice job
