 I took this in downtown Richmond, Va. I hope this does ok.

Post-processing: cropped, adjusted brightness/contrast, hue/saturization, levels, colored the sky blue, sized, applied Neat Image, dodged the arches, burned the ledges.

Good detail in shadows. Some color bleeding of building into sky. Probably an artifact of noise reduction for sky. Perhaps if you place sky on separate level prior to noise reduction, you can redude bleed. A 7.

I'm afraid I don't think this tilted perspective works as well as a more conventional approach. This is a stately, even ponderous building and, just like a similarly proportioned mature woman, appears alarming when tipped over. 5.
