Vibrant colors and interesting subject. I think this could have been a bit more effective at a different time of day, when the sun wasn't creating such harsh shadows on the snow and the front of the building. A boost of saturations to bring the color out a bit more, and a crop that has less foreground could make this image stronger, IMHO. Interesting find! :O)

You need more light on the house. Start by cropping out the driveway(?) in the forground...it distracts from the house since the snow is so bright.
