There are several things going on with this image. First off, it's not fitting into a classical concept of architectue. Second, there's a great deal of visual clutter. Between the trees in the back, powerlines, and objects in the garage- there's nothing for my eyes to settle on. Third, the light is very flat- typical of winter photography. Ways to correct that include shooting at sunries or sunset. These components together give the image a "snapshot" feel. Some suggestions for improvement would be: get closer- maybe look up at a corner and wall element? The key is trying to control the shot as much as you can. That control makes the difference between a snapshot and a more interesting composition. Very solid effort though! |

I guess i might not be getting why this picture is in this challenge, it seems like a while other idea behind this picture then Architecture,
For me this is just a old building not anything you wouldn´t see 100 other places.
