hehe this is funny!
And the model (Einar, not the bird) used to call him self Eirúsi when taking photos some 20 years ago. But he changed that into Eris since I was Eirasi befor he was Eirúsi! |

I don't think you should have your bait act as porter also; too much chance of dropping expensive equipment! |

A truly excellent capture. Colour is a little flat. |

Great action capture. Composition feels a little cramped top and bottom and a little loose left to right, but I'm sure that was due to the quick timing on getting the shot. Bumping up one. |

Nicely timed and composed photograph, with good detail, especially in the birds feathers. ((8)) |

i wish ya'll would just leave those poor birds alone! i don't know much about them, but i can't imagine that they really attack when unprovoked! yep, this is yet another amazing attacking skua capture. good work! i hope this isn't getting overlooked in this super-sized challenge, and that viewers are giving this the time necessary to appreciate it. thanks for sharing. good luck with this, and all the challenges yet to come! |

What incredible timing you have, not the most compositionally sound or aesthetically pleasing image here, but this remains mightily eyecatching thanks to your terrific skill in topping the motion here. 7. |

Wow. That is an amazing capture. I really like the foggy, misty background. I think it adds to the focus of the picture. Good luck. |

The bird is a neat capture, but the color of the overall scene is really drab |

You take what you can get in these exciting circumstances, and the skua is a mean old bird. I would have loved to see this in a vertical pose, but the bird probably wouldn't have stayed around long enough for that... Good catch. |

Interesting shot but noticeably oversharpened. |

Interesting photo. I wanna know why this guys was being attacked by a gull? The colors look a little bland but the looks like the time of year the photo was taken. Excellent clarity and sharpness. |

Great capture - just the right moment. The walking stick (?) makes this look as if it just happened while out for a ramble, and leaves me wondered about the circumstances. |

Are they protected? I would smack him silly with my walking stick. :)
