i think i'd rather see concrete supporting wood than the other way around ;-)
nice reflection in the water, good symmetry. maybe b&w would have made the terrible weather less of a detraction from the photo. |

| I liked the the bridge, but felt personally that it would look better if it was cropped about half way up the frame. The reflection in the water doesn't do much for me. |
