Here's another one that should have finished higher. Some of the shots above this I'm left scratching my head how they got there ! |

What's this doing all the way back here?? I'm on of your four 10s, man. I totally loved this... The grin and the eyebrow, they did it. Frightening! Yay! :) |

Greetings from the Critique Club.
I am immediately reminded of "On the Verge" when I see this. I think the biggest difference is focus - there you were focused on your eye and face. Here you are focused on the dark eye and the one that's lit up and catches our attention is out of focus.
I think the smile distracts from the fear factor as well, because it's not a "scary smile" but a "jolly" one. :)
Not much else to talk about here - the negative space is well used and the composition is interesting to look at. Good luck and happy shooting.

This composition is a little far-fetched... |

Nice portrait. The person doesn't exactly look scary (but I haven't seen the movie, either). I'd like to see his chin. The light is really nicely done. |

Nice compositon, features remind me a bit of Jim Carrey. Nice job. |

i like the idea ... the left eye (his right) is a little out of focus ... not bad though |

Great expression... but it needs some more... maybe the reflection of a knife. |
