Lovely scene, but your processing has pushed this too far for me and the JPEG compression has yielded many artifacts. You've got a great subject and I think many will find it frustrating not to be able to see more of it. |

| Off-center vanishing point and the masts strengthen the composition, and I like the whispy highlights on the clouds; good job not oversharpening the trees on the left. |

| i imagine that there is a beautiful image in here, somewhere, but it is too dark for me to really appreciate it. but, remember, that's just my opinion. you do have a nice image. |

| I love the saturation in this photograph. Especially the golden rays of sunlight meld into the turquoise of the sky. Capturing the sun face on is quite a challenge and in this case it resulted in a rather subdued mood. Effectively silhouettes the foreground. Minor notes: some harsh noise amid the clouds and the masts. |

| I think I'd prefer a more natural sky. This looks very manipulated. I'd like to see more detail in the sailboats as well. |
