Very nice, I like the high key look in this one. The border adds some interest, but the starkness is what makes this one special

Can see what you are trying to do but the two elements are competing and there is too much white space. The trees in the background are not convincing or distinct enough.

overexposed...the trees arent even buried?

I like hi-key, but your trees here seem to be out of focus throughout the scene. Composition works well, but there's nothing here to keep my attention.

When I look at this I keep waiting for Santa to come riding out across the snow on an electric razor (memory of an old commercial). Very pretty shot! Good job. (Good example of high key).

Hey, I think I see a polarbear in there.. oh wait, this isn't "Where's Waldo." Cool shot, I like the simplicity of it. Gray border could've been a bit closer to the edges.

undoubtedly. I think the scene portrays the vastness very well.

this was the makings of a great photo, but in my opinion, its TOO overexposed. a little bit would have made the trees pop right out of the background, but this is a tad overkill. i do however love how the trees are positioned in the photo, and the detail in the foremost tree is lovely.
