 Falling out of a hotspital bed in the heat of the night... with a destination of cold tile.

Adjusted the contrast and brightness in order to keep the main focus on the sleeper's arm.

The background-
underside of the bed kept dark, and walls illuminated, to achieve vision of moonlight filling the room. Wall shadows are natural.

I really don't understand the title of your picture, nor what the picture in itself is trying to tell me. I was very patient, skipped voting on it many many times, but I still can't find any explanation for your shot.
I think it also needs more contrast, a less static composition, something in the frame to catch the eye, and something that gives the picture a meaning. I really can't do anything with your picture. Sorry. 2.

Image lacking highlights. Image containing mostly shadows and dark middletones makes for a flat image that's hard to see.

I guess someone exhausted him/herself... Nice point of view and composition. the sheets could have been white as the stripes distract me a bit
