This landscape is one of the most fascinating that I've seen. Remarkable! |

This is a terrific image and definite ribbon material in my opinion. Very surrealistic. |

Ed - I'm sure I've commented on this before already (comment deleted???). Anyway, as I said before I think this is great. A wonderful observation, the right side of the light and so much lush colour and detail to look at. You may ribbon with this one I think.
My only reservation is the noticeable gradation of the filtered sky/horizon, which i feel is unnecessary due to the natural beauty of the subject. Good luck! |

This is a nice composition, it reminds me of when I was a child in social studies, and later history, looking at paintings/photographs text books. I often don't like many far off landscapes, but this one works for me. NICE |

What a great shot, and what an amazing view. I can't wait to find out where this was taken. This image has almost a magical, mystical look and feel to it that is just wonderful. At first, I thought that the industrial "smokestack" would detract from the overall feel of the shot, but no; it almost feels like an anomaly, an anachronism that adds to the unreal quality of the shot. Whatever...I love it. |

I think that the frame makes this picture. The greens come out better due to the frame. |

excellent image (but, for the life of me, i can't remember why...i had some notes i'd like to refer to, but have misplaced them. oh well, working off memory...); i love how the fence and row lines partition the image into their own little piecs, how the clouds lay across the land, contributing to the patchwork, how the factory smoke contrasts with the natural clouds. i think the think i like most about this image is how unlikely it would be to ever reproduce it. |

Great composition - works well. Not sure if the bottom is a little overprocessed though, looks a little too sharpened. |

An excellent dark and moody picture.
It represents a gloomy vision of the industrial age.
Very good job. |

Nice image. The top right of the image appears a bit off, not sure if it is a result of a storm or burning of the image. I find it a little distracting. A tighter cropping to about an inch above the horizon has slightly more appeal to me. Still a good shot. |

hehe...for some reason I grew up thinking that these smokestacks made clouds but they didn't 'freeze' into formation until they were sprayed with salt! I have no idea where I got that from...great photo! |

Very nice! I like how everything works together. Only thing I would suggest changing/fixing is that the smoke stack and building seem to be saturated green as well. I like the fields, haze, and smoke. Nice image. |

Looks like Nothern England or Ireland.
I like the greens and the patterns of the fields, it's always nice to see how some of the fields pop out in the sunlight and others remain in the shadows. The dartk tone in the sky works well to force the viewer downwards. The factory breaks the serenity of the landscape and gives the photo a good impact. Nice work! |

Well considering this is already in my favourites it doesn't take much in the way of ingenuity to figure out who took this. I'm pretty sure I already left a comment or two on this image so I'll let the number do most of the talking here. 10. |
