Great Shot Doug! My first thought was "Wow, really nice!"
Composition is really nice, and I like the greens, browns, yellows of the grass that you've been able to capture on the ground. It's a nice sharp photo and the focus is great.
I wonder if you could have shot it a bit lower though, and by doing so, you could have avoided the shadow of the egg on the golf club? There is also a bit of a bluish/purple tone on the egg and the golf club, what's that from? By shooting lower, could it have been avoided?
You met the challenge with your photo and I felt you had some Wow with this photo, surprised it came in so low, even if you were in the rough! |

This image is technically superior. For me, what makes this image great is the ominous presence of the golf club and what that means to the poor egg.

| This is original, good capture! The grass looks a little too long for a golf course or were you caught in the rough? lol. I think it might be sharpened a little too much. Look at the "M" on the egg and you can see a little sharpness halo around it. |

| Nice humor, perhaps you could have made a better choice of grass, that patch looks a bit too rough for a tee. |
