Greetings from the Critique Club!
The bright light here makes a challenging scene for photography, with a very wide dynamic range. But the exposure and postprocessing has risen to the challenge and portrayed it very well. A polarizer might have helped avoid the glare that appears in a couple of spots, but a shade to block the bright direct light, leaving the subject illuminated by indirect light would have probably been even better.
The bokeh is very nice, except for the burned out area at the top left, which I find distracting. A closer crop would both eliminate that and strengthen the overall composition by focusing attention on the flower. Focus and color are great, as is the shooting angle. |

Bravo Bokeh....I see the round light circles gleaming the flower/plant definition. This is a Bokeh technique shot. Well done (9) |

this is an interesting image, but the lighting is a bit harsh. as a result, your bokeh is a bit more of a distraction than an enhancement. one way to adjust this is to add an overlay layer, select a large brush, set to opacity 30, then set your foreground color to black. then just lightly paint in the brighter areas. the composition is nice, and the colors are rich--it's just the background that needs work, imho. good luck. |

The composition is week. Perhaps you could have angled the shot or done a verticle. Bokeh looks a bit hard. Doesn't add a lot to the subject. Flower itself looks sharp. |

okay, I believe you understand the bokeh idea, but in this particular shot I find it a little distracting from the subject. Cool flower though and nice composure. |
