| Great job at getting a shot at one. the sharp focus seems to be just in front of the little guy though. |

| well, this is not something you expect to see every day. however, this type of image is probably not going to do to well in a challenge, as it is not doing much more than documenting the presence of a deer in a suburban environment. one of the 'challenges' is to connect with the voters and stir their senses, and that requires context. i know this is not an easy object to photograph, but please don't take it personally if it gets hammered in the scoring. maybe just consider this a good starting point for the rest of the year. good luck with this and the challenges yet to come! |

| Great capture, however the focus on the deer(fawn) is off. I assume you had to quickly capture the moment. Good Luck. |

| Something about the focus here looks ever so slightly off. Otherwise nice capture. |

| Hehehe, this one really does look like a deer in the headlights :). Certainly an endeering shot (sorry!). I just find the composition is a little too straightoward, needs another element to add interest I feel. Still, it's an attractive animal! |
