| Terrific shot, worthy of being a "sale-able" print. I love your composition, it works wonderfully to lead the eye throughout the shot bringing you directly to the ladybug. DOF is great, putting all the "focus" on your subject. I also really like the way the photo is kind of split diagonally by the dark on the bottom and the light on the top, it's very pleasing to the eye. |

| Nicely composed and good use of limited depth of field. Perhaps a bit over-sharpened, but very unique "pose". |

| I never noticed the colors on a ladybug before this. You think that they are just black and red. The gold color comes as a surprise. I love the visual contrast between the hard shell of the bug and the soft petals of the flower. One of the many shots in this challenge that I just sit back and look at for a good bit. 10 |

| The soft focus and colors in this shot give it a very feminine feel to it. I like the composition and the shallow dof. A very unique view. Ladybug seems like it could be a bit sharper. 7 |

| Reminds me of the movie "The Aristocats" and the goose sisters. They teach the cats to waddle like they do (in fact insist they waddle along with them) and there is a whole scene devoted to watching them all waddle down the road. LOL Anyway, very crisp shot... beautiful. |

| One of my very favorites. The lighting is fantastic, the detail of Ms. Ladybuy are like a painting, the contrast with the white flower are perfect. White flowers aren't that easy to photograph and get the details, great job! 10! |

| The lady bird looks like an item of jewellery. The guilding is perfectly clear and the tiny reflections of light in the legs and underbody add just the right touch of detail. The composition is very unusual and the shallow DOF changes this from the more standard macro image to a much more artistic one. Very nice shallow DOF and particularly love the gradiated colours of the background. 9 |

| Well I've seen this several times before - I can't remember for the life of me whether it was jacko's or someone elses but this is one of the better insect shots I've seen. 10. It really tells a story. |
