Yes, it does reminds me of the Land of the Giants! great tv show
Tell me the different an old Lady on a train or a couple take a coffee break! Maybe the Subject is the rock!
Probably one reason score low is the camera! Minolta vs Canon!

Gives me no sense of "candid" at all. Interesting effects.

Artsy, surreal, reminds me of Land of the Giants in a way. A bit disappointed in the 50% land, 50% water perspective as a 1/3 perspective would push the art a bit more, but overall a great way to add something very unique to an otherwise boring candid. A 6.

The post processing makes this difficult to look at. The white “shadows” in the rocks distract me and they take away from the action of the people. Nice cropping.

A lower angle on the people, and the negative rocks really distract! I think that even at this angle, it would have worked well without that retouching. Sorry for the nitpik, but they always helped me. You have a good eye.

I have to come right out and tell you that this is my lowest rated photo in the challenge. The concept kind of leaves me cold. The people look like they were cut out of another photo and "photoshopped" into this one; they look unnatural. I REALLY don't like the "treatment" or whatever you did to the rocks; they, too, look like they were "photoshopped in". The composition seems very heavy on the bottom, and the photo is cut straight across the middle by the water line - there is nothing going on in the top half, and WAY too much going on in the bottom half.

I am so sorry; I usually find something to like in every photo, but this is one that just has no appeal to me at all.

Too much post processing here. What exactly were you trying to do?

Nice picture. Didn't like the choice of color. Just personal opinion though.
