THis is a technically excellent photo. Nice DoF and tonal range. The focus is tack-sharp.
Your daughter fits nicely into the sculpture; almost as if it's putting an arm around to hug her, and there appears to be eye contact between the two.
The close crop to your daughter's head coesn't bother me, since the yarn on top of the cap keeps my eye from being pulled up and out of the image. I would like to see some creative burning on both sides where the bright snow comes into contact with the edge of the image, to help redirict the viewer's eye back into the image.

| Get closer! There's nothing going on in the background and you didn't need to show the entire sculpture. In snapshot moments like this, first you get the shot right away for insurance, then you keep moving in to isolate the subject and what he's doing for more impact and to convey the emotions. :) |

| Ive seen a statue like this at the Cleveland Public Zoo, was this shot taken there? Very cute, just a little too tightly cropped in my opinion, nice none the less. 7. |

| Feels like it needs for the boardwalk planks to be horizontal, some ccw rotation. The area to the left is not doing a thing; may as wellc rop back to more normal proportions. Nice B/W tonal range. |

| That's not in the Columbus Zoo is it? Probably not. Still, a very decent shot, I love what B&W does for this. |
