| I see why you picked this as your subject. I think that you could have made a more compelling image out of a closeup that perhaps includes the brand name Underwood, some of the keys below, and some of the dies all lined up above. |

Composition: 5, Back drops are a bummer. Maybe if you had draped the sheet so it would have been continuous, without the break between table and wall, it might become more a photograph. Looks more like just another typewriter this way.

| I like the object shown here....it's interesting to study. Perhaps a closer view with a more interesting perspective of it. Good job. |

| I love the subject, but I wish you had straightened out the sheet so that the wrinkles don't reveal shadows. Maybe a secondary light on the background could have helped blow it out completely. Nice effort and creativity! |

It's a wonderful object but the lighting and background don't begin to do it justice. As a sidenote, how is a tpewriter the
grandfather" of a computer? Wouldn't that be an adding machine? Or better yet, an abacus? |
