I think that is a great shot! I also shoot pictures of wrestling as a coach. I was wondering if you could help me out. I use a Sony f717 and am having trouble finding the right settings. I have put the setting on shutter speed (1000) with a flash but it comes out really dark. If I put it on auto the shutter speed is not fast enough and blurs. Any help would be greatly appreciated. yep, that's a good one. wrestling is pretty desperate. I'll give you points for doing this with probably nothing more than a 105mm lens??? OUCH

I like how the refs are on either side of the photo framing the drama in the middle. good job. Next time, make the photo bigger so it's easier to see detail.
