I used 3 photos in the image (I guess it is a form of digital art) - tree from Mont Vully, birds from Chateau d'Oex and the strange looking girl from Gruyeres. I assembled them in Photoshop during my 7 day free trial. Photoshop is very good these days in making selections, I was particularly impressed with the selection of the birds.

The images were first edited in Lightroom, I used negative Dehaze, Texture and Clarity to create a soft look. The girl was weird and I was trying to use this to give the tone for the overall image but, judging from the current score, I should have taken a photo of a pretty girl. Just kidding ;)

I love the atmosphere in this photo. The birds are awesome. I do feel the woman’s stance and cell phone distracts a bit from what might otherwise be very mysterious.
