 This gentleman walks up and down the beach in Negril, Jamaica all day collecting discarded bottles. He is not a young man and not in good health at all and mostly ignored by visitors

9/19/06 This shot actually made me the Grand Prize Winner for the 2006 Caribbean Travel and Life photo contest. Yippie!!!!!!!! My first published shot too!

You really do know how to capture the essence of the moment, as this is such a moving and very passionate image here. I love this one Debbie, and "Congratulation", for it being a winning shot......

I do hope you add the information about this image winning the recent competition, as others may like to know as well.....

nice portrait. works well i think. the cropping could be experimented with, i feel. there's a feel that maybe there's too much on the bottom, and the top is too cropped out.
