 Titled to emphasize the face in the cork screw. I hope it's obvious enough and there aren't to many cork screws in this challenge. Minor adjustments to contrast, color and brightness in Photoshop Elements.

The composition of Glass Corkscrew and bottle, work very well. They are slightly let down by the distracting tablecloth. I feel a more neutral background would greatly improve this photograph.

The "face" is wonderful, the best of the "traditional" corkscrew faces, but the background here is way too dominant in the image.

Much to like here, will mention my two favorite aspects: the twin window reflections in the wineglass and bottle, and especially, the face's "eyelashes".
