 First challenge since 2009. That is a lot of years in between. I was shooting in the factory I manage and really liked this capture. This is my first real shooting since 2010ish, and my first time playing with my new Z7ii. I was relatively pleased with the results. Improvements to come.

Post Challenge
So, 20 years and 4 months after my first challenge entry, and after taking about 16 years off, I got my first ribbon! Thanks for the votes and comments. I am pleased that this site has remained intact across the years!

From a pure aesthetic standpoint, this image is like textbook-level industrial photography. I saw the editorial usefulness immediately, but to me this is the sort of first-rate stock image that can be used in many different storytelling contexts. A real achievement in my book!
