 Finally broke the coveted 8.0 ceiling, although not with a shot I'm very proud of. Didn't have any great ideas for this challenge, so I went to the beach to reprise the photo I took for the previous "Long shadows" challenge. Just a lazy cop-out on my part. I thought I would be penalized for that, but surprisingly it got an even higher score... So now I have two very similar photos as my two highest rated entries. Oh well.
