Ha! No digital manipulation. Just two images overlaid. One a street shot, one of a poster behind a row of citibikes.
Funny, I put one over the other and then switched. The resulting images were almost identical (using the same layer processing choice).

It's probably taken a lot of clever digital editing work to create this but this type of photographic art isn't really my thing, sorry. 7
